Return Policy

GensApparel offers online store credit for returns.

Please read below to see what items qualify:

Boutique Product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and the original invoice are accepted.

Handmade Embroidery or print products will be accepted ONLY if you purchase the color combo shown on the first sample picture of that certain listing. Products that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with an attached tag and the original invoice will be accepted.

-NOTE If you choose a different color combo unfortunately you do not qualify, due to the customization of that product, I strongly recommend following the sizing chart to avoid any future issues.

-Any breakable items such as glass cups, etc do not qualify for returns.

Your refund will be through store credit with shipping costs deducted.

-Oppsies/Discounted and any custom products are not eligible for refund. 

All returns must be made 7 days after delivery date or your item will not be refunded. All returns must be scanned into the mail carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label.

We don't accept any returns on international orders. 

NOTE:

Any Items that appear to be worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc. Will be rejected the ability to return. 

 How to make a return:

1. Please make sure your return meets all the return criteria stated above. 

2. Email us @contactgensapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

3. We will send you a pre-paid label (deducted from your shipping cost), and you will receive online store credit via email once the product is received and inspected.

By emailing ^ you understand that any returns that are made will be made for store credit only. You are responsible for any additional shipping fees as well as original shipping charges that are non-refundable.
