How do I wash my apparel?

Machine wash best on delicate, inside out (to protect the embroidery or Design), with like colors.
Tumble dry-low or air dry. Medium iron. Do not iron decoration. This will ensure your sweatshirt will last for a very very long time. 

Do you have any sale or oopsie items? 

Yes! If there is any discounted apparel or oopsie items it will be in the discounted/ Oopsie section under the shop menu.

Discounted apparel is a 100% perfectly fine item, usually including designs that I longer offer or different color combos.

Oopsie items Imperfections can or cannot be specified depending if it's a batch of that same item. For more information look in the description of each listing

I really want your design but want it on a different color sweatshirt/shirt?

Email me at contactgensapparel@gmail.com, With the certain design and color combo that you were thinking. As long as I carry that color in the shop then we will most likely be able to proceed! 

Do you really donate 10% of all profits?

Yes 10% of all profits have always been and will continue to be donated to my local church. Which is used to feed our homeless community, Food drives, Global/ Local Missions, our Youth outreach and so much more.

What size should I order?

Each listing carries a sizing chart for exact measurements. All Apparel is Unisex Sizing so true to size. If you want an oversized look I would go up one size! 

What is your current processing time?

Current processing time will be provided always be provided at the top of the page. Follow my social media for more insight/updates! 

My order is stuck/package is lost what do I do next?

Once your order is shipped out, we are not longer able to help. In rare occasions when it does get stuck/delayed or lost, I would file a claim with your local post office for your lost package online. When a package is delayed by mail carrier usually it's due to busy a busy holiday, most of the time it still arrives. USPS or your mail carrier will then proceed with the next steps on your service request that will most likely lead them to refund you. 

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, we charge what the current USPS rates are, This should be calculated at checkout depending on where you live. Custom fees can apply depending on your country. 

When will my order arrive/estimated delivery?

If you check on your tracking number USPS will provide the date or date range on when the order will arrive once it is shipped. 

What do I do if my product arrived damaged/Missing items etc?

Please reach out at contactgensapparel@gmail.com with pictures and a description on the issue. From there we will evaluate and take care of the problem.

What happens if my order was returned to sender due to incorrect address?

If the order was shipped back to us by USPS with( returned to sender), please email  contactgensapparel@gmail.com with your order#, If you want the item reshipped you will have to pay a re ship fee. If the customer doesn't contact or I can't get ahold of the customer I will provide a full refund minus the shipping. Please ensure address is entered correctly when ordering to avoid this issue.

Help I need to change the address?

If you need to change the address for your order please email me at contactgensapparel@gmail.com ASAP, As long if the order is not in pre transit or transit aka shipped out we can proceed to do so. To avoid this problem double triple check you type in the correct address before payment. Orders can be shipped out up to same day so please email ASAP, if you realize you made a mistake.
